But the staff lack in basic courtesy and simple rules of hospitality such as - do not call a guest on their room’s phone at 11pm just to ask what time will they check out the next day. Seriously, do not call a guest at 11pm unless there is a life threatening emergency. Asking them their check out time is not an emergency. "

"Great location to get anywhere in old town but still very quiet. Staff were super helpful and always available. Room was good, not fancy but clean and worth the price. I loved that you were welcome to sit on the rooftop for as long as you liked, moving from shade to shade with city sounds and an amazing view. Tip. "Train was delayed six hours. Arrived at midnight. Friendly welcome. Couldn't be more helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Food available though it's a bit of a mystery where and when. Just ask. Rooftop terrace has a nice view of the Fort and the railway station. Train noise will be an issue for some. It's a 24 hour operation."
