It’s my fourth stay in this place and it’s an amazing hotel , very friendly staff especially Mohammad at the reception , very beautiful and large rooms , very comfy beds , also , the lady at the coffee shop camellia was very helpful and friendly . I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment . It has an amazing and huge lobby , the best thing is that the rooms are far away from each other as it has a very spacious corridor

Hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean. Loved the way it was all lit up at night. It was easy access to the beach. The staff were always on hand to assist with any needs I had. The food was delicious and cooked to my liking. A huge thank you to housekeeping Faroq, Ramyah Teja/Dyah who kept my room spotless and made sure I had plenty of water and tea & coffee. And a huge thank you to Sarah Jane who organised a trip for me & transport to the airport. Overall an amazing experience. I look forward to visiting again.

The property is not new. They have all the water activities for the kids to enjoy themselves while the parents spend the day at the beach. They have 7 restaurants. The decor was average for what one would expect from a Waldorf. The property had that upscale Disney warehouse hotel vibe. It’s a big property. I would say that it looks more unique on the outside than it does on the inside. The rooms are well proportioned but need some upgrades and remodelling. It was an above average stay but there are a lot better and newer properties available in RAK and certainly in Dubai.

So the property itself is absolutely fine. (in fact my 4th stay there). There are small (daytime) disturbances by onsite renovations. But (sadly) there are 2 active construction sites with day & nighttime construction activities. One is at the sea-side but as far as we were concerned it had only optical impact, but that might be affecting seaside view rooms. But the other construction site was important for the gulfcourse-view-rooms. The noise is daytime acceptable, but we had nights with loud construction activities till 1am. Not the fault of WA but in fact a negativ impact on our vacation. We had a similar but 10x harder case in an other hotel a night before and that was the reason we switched to WA what was a good decission. So we knew Ras al Chaima as a very quiet place for relaxing and recreation. That has in fact changed and construction projects seem to have no limits with regard to guests wellbeing that is something you should consider at the moment (maybe for some years) if you go to any hotel in Ras al Chaima.

Absolutely top notch. Even before we arrived Mary the concierge was in contact to offer additional assistance. Room ready on arrival, with some nice extra touches. All the staff so friendly and helpful. The food and service in the Lexington restaurant was amazing. Great pool areas which would suit either couples or families. Can’t wait to go back again soon! My husband and I went for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary and it was worth every penny. They upgraded us for free to a suite. The view was amazing, and the sound of the waves at night set a relaxing mood. We enjoyed the pool bar, and then had drinks and shisha at one of the restaurants when the pool closed at 7pm. We will definitely be back with our kids for a family staycation and get connecting rooms. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel! Very imposing and love the detail in the main areas especially Peacock Alley! Great beach and pools , loved the terraces at the restaurants in the evenings - some of the best meals I've had in ages Everywhere we went the staff were unbelievably nice and helpful Suite was huge! Only took 50mins from Dubai International so very easy transfer Was only there three nights so sadly didn't get to the mountains - look forward to that next time!

Amazing experience everything was good. Only couple of things. For a family Rooms, if we have two toilets,it will be better. Also, the soundproof between Rooms are not good. We could hear the noise from adjacent room and when our kids play in our Room, othee room members were getting disturbed. When we are unwinding ourselves, we would like our kids also to enjoy freely whether inside room or in external amenties in the property. Not a major complaint, but can be improved on this
