"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. "This was in a great location for me. Easy to walk to all my tours and to get to the heart of downtown dublin. It was in a good spot and the staff was very friendly and helpful. sheets were a bit scratchy, but the room was nice. Good amenities like a fridge and able to cook if needed. "I stayed here for one week: Feb 2025. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the entire place is spotlessly clean, and the room is incredibly well organized. My room was small - like a very posh college dorm😂 - but I never felt cramped because the layout and design was so well done. Bed was so comfortable! I highly recommend!"

"Great room for a quick stay, location is convenient and the facility has a market, food hall and bus station located onsite. They also offer free parking. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed for your stay. A few things for attention, the rooms do not have a thermostat for air conditioning, however there are windows to open if necessary. The beds are twin size and and not as comfortable as you may hope for if you are a tall individual. Very happy with our stay!"

"Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "

"Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). "There are many reasons to stay at this hotel. 1/ The staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful. 2/ The morning breakfast has many options and is a great way to start the day. 3/ The property is in a great location and makes it a wonderful starting point to any adventure. 4/ The rooms are clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. There was a bar on the side of our room and we could hear the late night 'thump thump thump' of its music. This, however, is beyond the hotel's control but is something customers should be aware of. This was my third visit to Dublin. The first time I stayed in the Liberties. The second time I stayed in the Temple Bar area. This time I brought my 13 year old son with me and I wanted a hotel in a quiet yet convenient locaton. The Holiday Inn fit the bill. We were both very happy with our stay here. We spent a great time walking the city each day (we walked to the Zoo, the botanical gardens, Guiness, etc) and the hotel was a wonderful place to end up at each night. The staff were all quiet suberb. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Dublin. "
