I brought my family who had never been to an all-inclusive restaurant. We had an amazing 2 nights. The food and service were amazing. The staff was kind and professional. The pool bar was a real hit and the pool area and gardens were gorgeous.

Superb property in a wonderful location, wonderful food and friendly staff full with full-day schedule for kids, teens and adults. Rooms have decent size however the hotel also has home-like apartments. Property is very well maintained - lawns, public spaces, rooms… are super clean. Despite all-inclusive they offer excellent quality drinks and food.

One more restaurant option would be good. Pools are really cold in the winter. We got a room with a “Jacuzzi” but the water was extremely cold. The staff was the BEST. They made our days more fun. We stayed for 6 days. Barbecue day was my favorite. I missed some good steak on the buffet but besides that the food was great.

Experiência incrível nesse resort. Começando pelo atendimento no check-in, todos foram muito solícitos e cordiais conosco. Fiquei 3 noites que facilmente poderia ter ficado mais. Por ter experiência em outros resorts, inclusive com o vizinho Enotel, com 3 noites hospedado, já iria comer na vila de Porto de Galinhas, mas o Westin, a variedade de comidas não deixou ficar enjoado da comida. Incrível que o restaurante não tinha aquele aspecto de bandejão de outros resorts. Muito bacana você não precisar amanhecer na praia para pegar um local bacana para passar o dia, muito bom o fato de a piscina ficar próxima ao mar, contanto com um bar molhado e a poucos metros tem mais petiscos, bebidas e espumantes, e ainda próximo há outro bar que é incrível. Não tem fila para pegar drinks. O que poderia melhorar era o serviço de praia com um suporte melhor para colocar guarda sol. Tudo é de muito bom gosto e muito qualidade ótima. Os quartos são espaçosos, contendo banheira e varanda para o jardim. Os quartos são limpos e arejados, talvez poderiam melhor no serviço de quarto que pedi um jantar romântico e eram meu pedido e ainda foi incompleto, faltou colocarem a foto do casal. Cada bar serve uma carta de drinks diferentes, o que melhora a experiência. A experiência realmente foi premium.

Nossa estadia foi boa, hotel bom, boas opções de bebidas e comidas ah senti falta de Nutella, nas propagandas dos cafés da manhã tinha a vontade. O que poderia melhorar é no quesito do atendimento de garçons. Outro ponto, foi do dia anterior eles colocarem na porta um lembrete de que a estadia estava chegando ao fim, acho um pouco desnecessário, fica um sentimento de preocupação com a saída, não sentimos a mesma preocupação na chegada.

Simplesmente incrível, já estou planejando a minha volta pra lá. Não encontramos defeitos, das acomodações às comidas e bebidas, tudo perfeito. O pessoal da recreação é muito divertido, além de o hotel oferecer atividades pra família inteira o dia inteiro. A comida é maravilhosa, com muita (MUITA) variedade. Sem contar a piscina lindíssima e tudo de extremo bom gosto nas acomodações. Sem dúvidas a melhor escolha que poderia ter feito.

Foram 7 dias incríveis com muito conforto! Resort novo, pequeno com layout jovem, despojado e encantador! Funcionários gentis e prestativos, um salve, em especial, para Ana, Cláudio e Felipe que não mediram esforços para atender meus caprichos sempre com sorriso no rosto! Comida saborosa tanto nos restaurantes, quanto nos apoios distribuídos em pontos estratégicos... apenas uma ressalva para as sobremesas que não acompanham o sabor do cardápio de sal e poderiam ser mais caseiras e típicas. Ah, fica dica para inclusão de suporte de redes nas varandas dos quartos com cartão "vale rede" na recepção! Fez muita falta! Um ponto desnecessário é o late check-out, se disponível, pago por pessoa. Acho q tudo dentro do bom senso é valido!
