Everyone had nothing but the highest praise for the experience. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are beautiful, and the views from the rooms on the higher floors are magnificent. The business lounge is well worth paying extra for as there is a really nice spread of light dinner and snack items in the evening, and it is a very pleasant place...

"It was amazing. Great hospitality, great location, comfortable room and bed. Great shower. Only thing I could think of improving is the availability of a staff member at the lobby. We understand that there's only a single person managing the entire hotel so when there's something that requires their attention - they must leave the desk and keep incoming guests waiting outside, which happened to us when we arrived.
