"This is a gem. We stayed on a Sunday evening having had a long day in Birmingham (40 mins north). It was quiet but beautiful and the staff were lovely. The main building is i assume an old stately home and our room was in ond of a few new wings. The room itself was spacious and spotless. We had a grest night's sleep and in the morning the shower was great. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. To top it off it was incredible value."

"Comfortable room. Very clean. Nice bed and temperature. Spacious and quiet. Not a good selection of hotels in Leamington so pleased to have found this!"
