"The property was great. The only problem was check in on Saturday. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. They were very apologetic and said they had trouble with housekeeping. They gave us a $50 voucher for the restaurant and we also had full use of the pool or beach while we waited for the room to be ready. We had an ocean view room on the 5th floor with a nice balcony. The view was awesome. The room was clean, large and had a full kitchen which was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants...

"Our stay was overall very pleasant. The resort is in a very good location. There is a walkout from the pool area to a private section of beach which was perfect. Well maintained grounds and daily servicing on their pool. It was a very nice temperature but unfortunately a tad small and shallow for my tastes. When we needed to do laundry there was a first come first served area that had a few washers and dryers to use for free. Rooms have most of the items you need. Including pots, pans, coffee...

Katiana was the absolute best bar tender at the infinity pool. We looked forward to chatting with her and getting perfectly made drinks. Everyone at the resort was incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."
