"Fantastic large room and friendly staff but the lift and room corridors are all outdoors which in January was freezing and uncomfortable. No onsite dining was really a challenge too, particularly for breakfast. No black tea (only green) and dodgy keypad room locks which failed for us and had to get fixed. "The experience at Mimaru Kinshicho was great. We stayed for 6 days, family of 5, and our room was so nice and clean. The staff at the front was very helpful and spoke English which made it great.
