"The curtains and blinds in the room made itvery dark which was fabulous for sleeping. Only 1 light worked in the bathroom which was tricky. There was only 1 saucepan and the lid didnt fit so cooking was difficult. The location was perfect for where we needed to get to. Front desk staff were very polite and very helpful. "

It was an innocent mistake where Jacky at the front desk offered me the same room at Charlotte where nothing was required on my part except turn up there. I turned up to Charlotte where Hailey and Arman made what could have made me agitated into a very comfortable transition to my room. "Stayed for 1 night for wife’s birthday. Deluxe room on 20th floor with view of the river and Story Bridge. Fantastic outdoor pool downstairs. Spa nice but a little small. Fantastic service. Great buffet breakfast (extra). Room looking a little tired but bed very comfortable, large bathroom with great shower and bath. Onsite secure parking (extra). "
