Made my way to the lift, went to the third floor, turned right, the hallway door was unlocked, found my room#3, with the key in the door. "Nicola was amazing. From checking in to check out he was a pure professional. Very concerned with my well-being making sure everything was OK. I had a change in my travel plans due to weather in central Sicily and Nicola was able to move things around to accommodate me two extra nights. He was just amazing. I read this property as one of the best I’ve ever stayed at considering it’s in a city and if I had a rated out of 10, I would give it a 30 that’s how good this place is you cannot go wrong."
