Search Hotels with Parking in San Jose

"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."

"I actually thought this room was very accommodating and the room was nice,.clean, and up to date. It was quiet and secure. Even though staff wasn't all that friendly, they monitored who came in and out of the parking lot. Overall I would probably stay again, especially for the affordable price."

"I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that there was a free shuttle and a restaurant on the property. I called the hotel about the shuttle and they sent a Lyft car for us, which was billed to us. When we got to the hotel we found that there was no restaurant and there hadn't been for a long time. Expedia, update your listing, this is false advertising!"
