"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"Great stay, still new feeling and room was a good size. Good location, only 15 mins on metro to centre of seoul. Good food choices nearby, highly recommend Js hotpot on basement level. Downsides were breakfast times - closing by 9.30 on weekdays and although later on weekends, you have to book a designated time - we were made very aware we were to be gone by 9.15 on a sat, not acceptable in a 5* hotel. Very much angled to short stay or business people. Cleaning was hit and miss with dirty cups...

"This was our second stay at the Lotte Hotel Seoul. We love it's location in Myeongdong, close to shopping and many dining options. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite in the Executive Tower, where we enjoyed daily breakfast, afternoon tea and hors d'oeuvres in the exclusive La Cime lounge. We look forward to returning to Lotte Hotel Seoul again in May!"
