"The service here was amazing!!!! The staff so friendly and accommodating. David in particular beyond exceed my expectations. I wish the hotel had more storage in room. Shared room with another mom and daughter. (Total 4 of us) needed more drawers for clothes and a shelve or cabinets under sink would have helped up keep it organized easier. I loved the pool was semi covered and it was heated during winter. There is jacuzzi as well. Gym was small but got the job done. I would stay again! "

"I usually don't leave reviews. I am busy. Every single place I go, restaurants, airlines, oil change place, supermarkets, etc. all want me to give my review. C'mon...does anyone have that much free time? But, after staying three different times at Quality Inn in Santa Clara, they deserve a reveiw from me. Each time I've stayed at this motel, it's been a good experience. Have made contact with several of the staff here. Everyone has a smile and conveys a genuine concern in ensuring everything is satisfactory for guests. Check-in goes smoothly and professionally. The complimentary breakfast is a nice amenity. The buffet is a good (not a typical "continental breakfast which is like coffee and a pastry or some cheap roll) and is more something you'd expect from a more expensive hotel. Beds are quite comfortable, and the towels are really nice. Not the crummy cheap ones you find in the vast majority of motels in this price range. When I travel back to this area, I will book Quality Inn again. I am glad I discovered a good and affordable place to stay. In this case, the name "Quality Inn" really matches the experience.
