"We loved being on the beach, you can just stroll between the beach and pool. I loved that there was a family pool on one side and a more "adult" pool, it made for a very peaceful swim and hangout. The breakfast buffet was awesome, we enjoyed eating Balinese food but there was a wide selection for all sorts of tastes including typical western palates. "I cannot say enough good things. The staff really made our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Especially Wai Yan (sp?) who made delicious happy hour drinks at the poolside bar. I feel like I made a new friend as we had several great discussions! The pool is beautiful and very quiet (we were there in low season - Feb) the breakfast was also incredible and so was room service. There was construction going on for a couple of hours every day which was very noisy at the pool. I wish I had known that...

"The hotel is pretty nice. The kitchen/ breakfast stuff is slow and never delivers to the right table or in timely manner. Do not use any credit cards with them for deposit when checking in. It’s hard to get it back. They say they will contact the bank, but there is no proof that they will do it, so you have to trust them. Overall, it’s cheap because it’s next to a very busy road where you really don’t want to walk. "
