Fiz reserva pra 2 pessoas, o aplicativo informou um valor total. No hostel fui cobrado o dobro. De acordo com o atendente o valor estava errado no aplicativo. Já me hospedei em outros estabelecimentos e nunca aconteceu isso. Foi desagradável.

Próximo a avenida paulista, mercado e metrô o hostel conta com excelente localização e um preço ok. Não curti o fato de não ter um café da manhã e a casa ser um pouco escura sem muito ventilação. No mais a estadia foi boa. Fiquei lá na virada do ano e consegui ir aos shows na avenida paulista sem problemas. Foi agradável, mas eu senti falta de box no banheiro (é tudo junto) e um ar condicionado. O meu quarto era privativo, mas não tinha lá grandes comodidades e talvez fosse melhor ter ficado em um quarto misto.

ENGANAÇÃO! Nao forneceram sequer toalhas !!!! Fuja
Fui muito bem recepcionada pelo atendente que me recebeu, mas foi o único. Em especial o atendente que estava no domingo pela manhã era muito rude. Eu desci com minhas malas muito pesadas e ele sequer moveu um dedo para me ajudar, ficou apenas olhando. A escada é estreita e dificulta a descida, ainda mais com peso. Não me forneceram toalhas, embora tenha ficado em quarto individual que me daria direito. Também não forneceram café da manhã nenhum dia, embora tenham me dito que quarto individual daria direito. Não fizeram a limpeza diária do quarto. Não forneceram nada de banho (eu estava em quarto individual), ou seja, ENGANAÇÃO! Venderam e não entregaram!

Hostel normal, o que deixou a desejar foi na parte do banho: o chuveiro dá pouca vazão d'água e, ainda, colocaram um temporizador que o chuveiro desliga depois de uns minutos e tive que ficar esperando um tempo parado dentro do banheiro cheio de sabão pra poder ligar de novo. Se o chuveiro saísse agua normal daria pra timar banho naquele tempo, mas sai gota por gota
