"Chuveiro não funciona direito, depois de um minuto a água fica fria! Não havia toalhas suficientes e quando pedimos nos deram toalhas rasgadas! O lençol da cama também estava rasgado, o tapete do banheiro estava sujo e não havia toalha de rosto. O quarto também estava sem acabamento em algumas partes e não havia cabides. "Un desastre este hotel. Luego de manejar 15 horas llegamos con la reserva 100% Paga y me dicen que no había ninguna reserva. Media hora despues encuentran la reserva y me dicen que tenia que pagar ahi cuando ya lo habia pagado el 100% por la pagina Hoteles.com, Incluso despues de mostrar el movimiento de la tarjeta de credito insistian en que tenia que pagar. 1 hora de espera en recepcion.
