"The hotel is connected to the shopping mall so it's really convenient. We really enjoyed the club lounge (staff there is really nice!) and they even provide the airport transfer for free which is a big plus. We didn't expect too much of the hotel but the hotel is much nicer than the photo on their website. We strongly recommend to stay the club room if your budget allowed."

"Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to the cultural visit which was one of the options for picking this spot, only a 10 min walk from the hotel. Overall I would recommend people to stay here but it would be worth the upgrade of the room in order to get the best facilities and options. "

"This is a high end hotel very close to Mulu National Park. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Common areas are charming airy and comfortable The dinner buffet is generous if unexciting but considering the remoteness of Mulu does well to cater to most tastes What makes this hotel excellent are the staff. Exceptionally helpful polite and charming. "
