The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

Little dark walking passes at night, but the buses come frequently and also train come 2-3 times every hour, and about 7 min walk from the train station, 4 min from the bus stop"

The bathroom is big, clean and looks newly renovated There is a bus stop 3 mins walk away which goes to the Lucerne central bus station which is very convenient. "

"Stayed 4 nights in first week of May. Our standard double Room was on first floor facing the back street where a lot of loading happened in the very early morning hours. Weather was warm (day 20 C, night 10 C) and AC not on yet, so we had to open the windows. Room was clean but the mattresses were soft and almost saggy. Wifi connection was poor. Location is the best for all the attractions, short easy walk to all old town area, piers for lake cruise and pick up for Alps tours. Switzerland...

"This was an awesome hotel. 10' walk from train station and no stairs (however, there are cobblestones). The front desk staff were particularly awesome. I forget her name, but one of the ladies was so helpful when my husband needed some medical help. Very much appreciated! The only small negative is that the soap dispensers were VERY hard for me to squeeze (both shower & sink) to get soap dispensed - but I do have arthritis :( Other than that, don't hesitate to book these lovely, yet affordable hotel."

"Small hotel close to the train station and about an 8-10 minute walk to the old town. The “big room” was spacious with a nice sitting area. I saw the “medium room” and it was big enough for 2 people. You may hear trams go by but it’s not loud and frequent. The area around the hotel is great with several coffee shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
