"My family and I have stayed at the D’prima Hotel 5 times and we keep coming back for the fantastic staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the rooms are perfect for big families like ours. What really sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff. Every single person, from the shuttle driver to the bellhop and restaurant servers to the front desk, is incredibly kind and helpful. They always go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We've had some stressful trips with six kids and a lot of luggage, but the staff made it all so easy for us. If you're in Medan and need a place near the airport, I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are simple and clean, and the staff is simply amazing."

"If you're traveling from the airport then this is as close as you can get. Wake up, great breakfast buffet, and your walking into airport check in in minutes. A little noise from airport but clean and good ac and wifi."
