"Overall, a lovely place. Clean and staff was nice. Had a two bedroom unit. Two burner hot plate was kind of tight and took a while to heat up and no oven. Biggest issues: no hot water in kitchen and the wifi didn't quite reach the bedrooms (it worked fine in family room). Beach across the street and Reflexions restaurant on the beach was nice and not overly expensive. Running trail nearby but no workout room. "Lovely property with quaint setting. It is more like a hostel or owner occupied hotel with individual bedrooms but shared bathrooms. It is fine for couples. Owner’s father lived upstairs. Overall nice property but not what I expected. I wish the description explained bathroom and shower arrangements better. If it would have, I would have chosen a traditional hotel. "

"We are really love this place. Food was fresh and delicious only need to make reservations for dinner at least 2 days before and every day you can get different restaurants we really love Asian restaurant overall all of them is good. Room was cleaned every day ,beach is beautiful and front of the room. Only one thing receptionist girls on front desk wasn’t that friendly not smiling didn’t explain us nothing in first day especially we were there first time that was not that nice overall was great vacation if you go with kids is the best resort. Definitely love it. "

Gorgeous clean and comfy

"A little bumpy at check in when we were charged more than the contracted Hotels.com price. Supervisor, David, fixed the problem the next day with a credit. Kudos. The property is beautiful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Main pool, children’s pool, hot pool and an infinity pool. The gym is spacious and well stocked. Fresh ice water is available in the lobby always. We ate at the infinity poolside restaurant and the food was amazing. The beach is one block from the Hotel so not a big deal. Getting a beach chair is on a first come first serve basis, but if you get there early you will get chairs. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located walking distance to numerous stores, restaurants and cafes. One issue we had was the noise emanating from the locals racing motorcycles on the street behind the hotel at all hours of the night. The local government needs to address that. "

"It’s a wonderful resort. The beach is not over crowded like some of the other hotels on the strip. Their newly renovated cabanas are beautiful with cold storage in these modern tables. Every morning the staff provide snacks in containers with bottles of water inside the tables for your convenience. They have a storage cupboard for you to place all of your belongings for the day. The cots are very comfortable with two cushioned chairs on the side for guests to use. The Pool is refreshing and cools you off after a long hot day at the beach or cabana. We also had a delicious dinner at the sunset grill one of their own restaurants. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, extremely friendly and very helpful.Its location is prefect , right near all the shops and restaurants within walking distance to everything! Shout out to Vicky and the other ladies working upstairs at the palm beach club. So nice and extremely helpful. They just renovated the space last summer and it has a magnificent roof top lounge with its outdoor eating area overlooking the resort and beach! I would definitely stay at the Hilton palm beach club where they serve breakfast lunch and delicious snacks with cocktails every day. Can’t wait to come back to Aruba and to see all the many changes to the hotel since the renovation started last year. Looks great so far. Looking forward to all the new additions. See you February! "
