"The hotel is in walking distance to the train station which is very convenient if you arrive and/or leave by train. The hotel is close to the center of the city so you can explore right from your hotel. The receptionist and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming."

"The front staff went above and beyond explaining how to use the transit system and spoke good English. Nice to have access to clothes laundry machines. The dryer took 90 minutes to dry a small load, luckily the laundry room is open 24 hours"

"After reading some reviews from the summer I wasn't holding up much hope. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It's slightly confusing on arrival maps says it's on your right. As you come over the bridge it is on the right but you need to turn left to go under the bridge to get to the carpark. Check in was easy and the lady was very friendly. The hotel is quirky as it's a sports centre too. Some corridors are quite dark. We booked for the pool and it looked lovely unfortunately our kids...
