"Overral impression is okay. Service is a main point of concern. During the lunch time in the lobby area after having main courses and salads we were not allowed to share a single pot of tea for three of us. We have been forced to buy 3 pots of tea instead: one for each of us. In the meanwhile during all 5 breakfasts we had there, every time we asked for tea there was only one pot served as a default setting. No doubt we had more on request, but after a request only. "

"this is nice marriott hotel but clean & modern & keen staff. good size rooms. i may trry the executive floor next time has good gym + pool The only drawback is proximity to subway station is short walk. plenty malls nearby with normal fast foods kfc etc shopping malls are approx /mins walk away good blue frog western style restaurant opposite with good draft beers selection+ happy hours till 8pm. good range of grilled foods/steaks etc & fair prices "

"Fantastic business suite room. It had 2 bathrooms on opposite sides. My only complaint (just like every hotel in China I’ve stayed at) the room struggles to stay cool. Nice open lobby. You can pay to get access to happy hour (free snacks and beers and liquors). Carpeted rooms with a classic feel were welcomed. "

"The pool was closed so we called ahead to discuss cancelling. Every time we called, we were told to call back at another time. We tried four times and never got the one employee who could assist us. Frustrating process."
