Good spacious rooms with lots of areas to dry clothing and basic kitchenette facilities (fridge, kettle, etc.) and staff were very polite and pleasant.

Had a wonderful stay. Room was spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable and large. The staff were super friendly and helped us to send mail and also organise our luggage delivery. Really easy check in/out. Little touches like the free coffee in reception in the morning & proper coffee machine in the room with replenished coffee pods were much appreciated by me. Quiet location while still being easy walking distance to the JR station and close to tokyo dome. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Our stay here was kind of average. I was a bit disappointed as the property had really good reviews from what I had seen. The staff are lovely and helpful however the rooms are small (even by Tokyo standards) we are used to small rooms however usually small rooms have a clever space to put your bags and have ample hooks for towels and clothes and little cubby holes for other things. This place didn’t even Joe a towel rack or hook in the bathroom. There was just no where to store anything. Also the bedding had stains on it when we checked in and the bed wasn’t made well so all the sheets untucked the second you got into it. The area is great, lots to do, great connection to Shinjuku station ect. It’s just a shame the design of the room isn’t great and the cleanliness wasn’t good.

Such a pleasant stay at Tokyo Bay! We loved the hotel atmosphere. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Although a bit out of Tokyo, the location is right next to Shiomi station, making it an easy point to get to other districts and sites in the city. Lots of walkable groceries and convenience stores (as well as one right in the hotel) that helped us get an easy snack for the day. You’ll thoroughly enjoy your stay here!
