"Ideal room setup for a family with small kids. The futons can be closed off with the partition allowing for separation between kids and adult. "Just a tip for those like us who are new to "no-receptionist check-in" stay-in/hotel/motel, make sure to check your email for the Room Number and Security Code. We got our "room information" via email, sent two days before the start of our stay. I highly suggest to arrive at location and check-in as early as allowed to give ample time to rectify any issues, and to pre-register/check-in. "The place was super clean and comfortable. Close to the Kinugawa Onsen Station. However it’s a bit far if your main interest is to go see the shrines in Nikko. No convenience stores nearby. It would take good 20 min to walk to the nearest grocery store. 2 min by car. It’s a great place if you have a car. "
