"TL;DR: A little dated given the age of the building, otherwise good. Fantastic gym and very well equiped; perhaps the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Think gym, but smaller (obviously) and there’s only one of each machine with body parts combined on one equipment to maximise space. "Quite possibly THE best hotel ive ever stayed, from pre check in to check out, it couldnt have been better. Treated myself to a Jewel Wing room and it was gold standard. Had a lovely bathe in the roll top freestanding bath upon arrival and a rainfall shower this morn. Bed was huge and super comfortable, went out like a light. Huge shout out to the concierge team, who went out of their way to ensure i was comfortable. Will be rebooking on my return journey...and requesting a late check out. "

"The Carton City was in an excellent position for public transport, shops, attractions and nightlife/restaurants and bars. The hotel was very clean and well kept by attentive Staff. The reception staff were friendly but courteous and very helpful with any enquiry. The outdoor pool area was a great place to relax with a good sized pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend the Carlton City Hotel, Singapore. "

"This is a very nice hotel which is very well located in respect to Changi airport (one stop away on MRT - EXPO, then 5 mins walk from MRT). Rooms are very nice and spacious and check-in is easy. One big negative for me: hotel has no facilities anywhere for charging phones (i.e., USB charging ports) - a really strange decision on the part of hotel management - they must be still living in the 1980's. Also, a buffet breakfast is available for SNG $25, but this is really poor compared to most other...
