"The place is stunning and well designed. We were in the private villa, which was wonderful. The staff were very nice. The only two things that were not good -and I think is a big deal- was 1. The pool. It was very dirty filled with bugs and not even full. 2. The way to the lodge is very difficult with rocks, also the way in between the rooms and the public area was rocky and difficult by foot. "I was very happy with this cool little hotel! It's a very short walk from the bus station. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was very nice to have use of the small kitchen for preparation and storage of food - and it's also a lovely space to sit in and enjoy morning coffee with views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped in terms of dishes and utensils for cooking."

"Hotel De Cielo is a wonderful property. At the foot of the Andes mountains it offers amazing views, My wife and I booked it because we were heading into the mountains the following day. We, however, were completely unprepared. We didn't have any food for the night because we had counted on finding something nearby. When we got to Hotel de Cielo we found that their kitchen was closed for lunch (their regularly scheduled day off). The staff quickly jumped into action and prepared us a meal and...

"Bel hôtel dans la jungle. Belle section piscine. Déjeuner correct. Restaurant sur place sans trop d’ambience. Mais options de restaurants dans les deux hôtels de chaque côté qui se fait à pied."

"Très bon séjour avec très beau Bungalow deluxe vue mer. Le restaurant n’est pas terrible ; il faut privilégier le snack beaucoup moins cher. Le service n’est pas à la hauteur des tarifs (en particulier Maria au restaurant qui traîne des pieds, est désagréable et ne s’excuse pas quand elle vous renverse du café ou du vin dessus). "The place is beautiful located in an amazing spot with lake view. Getting there is very difficult by car as the ride is really rocky. Upon our entry to the room there was a dirty, wet towel in the bathroom which didn’t feel like a great start. The floor did not feel clean and some parts are were bit old. The room feels a bit cluttered by the design. For the price and location I would say it’s worth the stay."
