"No black out curtain the sun directly bright coming in the room when we still want to sleep at 7am The ice maker on 6th floor both broken Shuttle bus not works at 6.30-7.30 The air conditioning keep repeating turn off by itself once we all in deep sleep and make up wakeup 3-4x times sweating and feel super hot so we dont get our 7-8hours straight sleep comfortly I even got running nose and sore throat bcoz of this AC which keep us feel cold and hot all night long and waking up every 1-1.5...

"Great hotel! Check in was lovely with a welcome drink and complimentary snacks from the “mini bar”. The hotel is connected to a number of others which multiple restaurants within a few minutes walk. Their pool bar is also really nice and has a great view as it’s rooftop. Universal is a 5-10 minute walk and there is a shuttle bus and monorail if you want to go further."

"久しぶりのセントーサ。 チェックイン時間より早めに着いた。 受付の人は目頭押さえてめちゃくちゃ疲れてますアピール。 部屋は準備出来てないから指定された時間に戻ると15時チェックインだと言う。いや知ってるけど時間指定してきたよね？ 各フロアだと思うが灰皿付きゴミ箱がある。 エレベーターのボタンのところにあるから子供には近づけさせなかった。 廊下に糸くずやゴミがずっとある。 とにかく５つ星じゃないよね？？？"
