"the hotel is doing some work in the front entrance so we were a little skeptical about the place, but the check in process was easy, and the woman at the front desk was extremely nice and made sure we knew the details about our room. the room was clean, except for the curtains that had suspicious spots on them, definitely need to be replaced, however the bed was very comfortable, they even provided shampoo and lotion. The room we had the bathtub facet was broken worked but very loose and not properly together and a dresser which houses some blankets and pillows for the pull out was poor quality or broken on the bottom drawers.Bath supplies are bottles attached to the walls not my favorite dont trust the outsides of the bottles are clean prefer individual bottles, and the bathroom door was poor and flimsy not a closing door like a barn style sliding door that had some issues. Great spot for family

"Check in was very fast and easy, we didnt have to wait at all. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. The suite had all the kitchen space we needed, which was essential for having 2 kids under age 3. The freezer had a terrible smell inside, but it was clean so thats my only complaint. The living room tv swivels out, so it was great for my toddler who insisted on watching cartoons while eating at the table. Breakfast had a ton of variety and lots of options, which is great especially if u have picky eaters -- the chocolate croissants were absolutely amazing ! Parking does cost daily, but there is plenty of parking. We also had a small balcony attached to the living room area which we didnt use, but on a nicer day wouldve been great. We definitely will stay again if we need to!"
