"The 'hotel' is more like an apartment building. While the facilities are clean and nice, communication is really bad. When we arrived, we could not find anyone around, we found an unlocked door on the first level and made ourselves at home. An hour or so later, a girl came to tell us were in the wrong room!!?? "Stayed for 3 nights, the hotel itself is impressive and modern, although the rooms don't quite live up to the appearance of the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was very clean and comfortable! Had an issue getting into my room each night due to the room card being a bit temperamental (don't keep it anywhere near your phone or wallet, although i kept mine separate and it still wouldn't work) but that was a minor issue to what otherwise was a lovely and welcoming stay! Friendly and amazing location
"The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and amazing. The room was very plain but clean. Carpets in the hallways were very well worn but clean. The breakfast was amazing and satisfying. The location was exceptional. Close to the park and downtown I would definitely stay stay here again and well worth it for the price."
