We asked to speak to the manager as nobody seemed to care, we were told that he would be with us in10 minutes but...

Rooms are not well isolated which let hear and enjoy the noise done by neighbours. there is a serious issue on cleanliness such as dirty wondows', dirty lift., dirty tables in the breakfast room..."
