I gave the pin/needle to the reception and a supervisor came to our room to investigate. He showed me another room but the condition was the same dirty and the window in the same condition. We asked to speak to the manager as nobody seemed to care, we were told that he would be with us in10 minutes but...

"the hotel looks bettet on picture than in the reality. All facilities look rather tired and in a need for renovation. Rooms are not well isolated which let hear and enjoy the noise done by neighbours. there is a serious issue on cleanliness such as dirty wondows', dirty lift., dirty tables in the breakfast room..."
