"Loved the location however the property itself is old and tired. The dishwasher and dryer didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. You have to hire pool towels for a fee which was unexpected. We stayed 4 days and the rooms were not serviced or towels changed, you’re expected to wash the towels provided which again I expected more for the price paid. "We have stayed here on multiple visits to Gold Coast and always enjoyed our visit. The rooms are large and clean with a balcony overlooking the beach area. The buffet breakfast is very good. Convenient to both Surfers Paradise and Broad Beach with a tram stop right in front of the hotel."

"We liked the convenience of arriving early and our room was available for an early check in! The room was on the 21st floor and had perfect ocean views. Check in was great and also check out was a breeze. The pool area was so nice, plenty of sun lounges and great service from the pool bar. Also breakfast in the morning at their FIXX cafe was brilliant! Would stay here again. "

"Great hotel location and walking distance to Cavill Ave. The staff were all very lovely and accommodating, we appreciated being able to borrow an umbrella with the heavy rain we had during out stay. Super comfy and clean bedding! Parking is limited so glad that we prebooked. Had some issues getting the hot water to work as the shower taps were around the wrong way (Room 1208). Overall, very happy with stay considering the price (motels were asking for the same amount)."
