"Overall this property is quite nice. It has been upgraded. Capet in the halls are getting pretty dirty. Especially the first floor. This hotel is next to Mayo Scottsdale and nothing else really around, but they charge nightly for parking and feel like it’s just way to make extra money don’t see why tons of parking not ever full. No 3rd day room refresh as stated. Had to ask for coffee and towels everyday and remove our own trash. I would stay again because of the proximity to Mayo Scottsdale."

"We love the Prickly Pear Inn. We stayed one night for my birthday party at Stumblina's Cantina. My guests, three couples, stayed at the Inn as well. "We liked the idea of a room with a kitchen however it does present issue with smells in the building. The biggest issue with the lack of good cleaning practices. We had the room cleaned half way through our stay. The room was not cleaned very well. What was very good were the bed mattresses. The area was filled with great things to do. For sure we would stay in that area again. Please add that they ( Sonesta) charge for parking $5.00 per day."

"Overall great stay for a decent price for a last min staycation. The staff were friendly and answered any questions we needed. The only thing was the tv in our room didn’t work at first but once we let them know it was perfectly fine! Stayed for four nights and enjoyed the location being so close to everything and the scenery of course!"
