"Ideal hotel if you’re visiting Swansea Arena. Was only just over a fiver for an uber/taxi. Really friendly staff and a lovely bar and lounge area. The road side of the hotel is quite noisy, although didn’t worry us as we normally sleep with a fan on at night, so the noise wasn’t a trouble. The only real issue was the thickness of the mattress. Beds only have a thin mattress and a topper, which for us wasn’t very comfortable. We also found the pillows were super soft and weren’t very supportive ,...

"No plugs sockets by the beds in the room I stayed in, room was cold , a heater was already in the room when arrived , Bed are comfy, slept really well . Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"I loved my stay here. Check in was easy, rooms are quiet and breakfast was lovely. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms was warm. Already booked my next stay for in a couple of months "
