This is my second stay at this hotel and I find the staff really friendly and helpful. This was a flying visit so I didn’t use any facilities but the rooms are comfortable and the air con is great, although a little noisy, it’s not a problem. Great location as well.

If you are looking to stay in Swansea, this is the hotel I recommend. Right next to the beach, staff were extremely helpful, room was spacious and clean, restaurants close by and short Uber ride from the train station.
