I liked the fact it was close to an MRT, was quiet even on a main road, had lots of space, working fridge and Japanese style toilet and USB outlets by the bed. It was clean and staff were helpful. It probably could do with a refresh but otherwise comfortable. I did wish it was closer to Ximen.

This is my second stay at the Santos Hotel. I previously stayed last November for 28 nights, and this time for three nights. The hotel has nice rooms, great staff, and excellent location to the MRT and buses, and is in a very walkable location. I will be staying for my third visit in September. I highly recommend this hotel.

There were coffee maker but No sugars and No creamers in a room. i went down to the reception and I asked an elderly stuff for sugars and creamers but he rejected… There was no soap for hands. We needed to use body soap on the wall close to a shower nozzle. It’s not trouble but inconvenience to walk back and forth every time we wash our hands.
