First of all this property did not supply the type of room (bed) promised. They claim to have two pools and a walking trail but one of the pools and the trail were closed, there is no hot tub. The cost is exorbitant which they obfuscate with fees, and I consider myself cheated. Even if the other pool had been open the location is not nearby the hotel. Most rooms have poor views, and the area really isn't that good. As I recall there was an annoying feature where the floor lights don't turn off right away so you need to block them with socks or towels. The only positive is that the room was large and some furnishings were OK, but many hotels have large rooms. I would avoid this place if at all possible, and it tarnishes the brand enough I would try and avoid other Hyatt properties because of it.

The property is outstanding but for one thing. The mattresses are small. I assumed double bed meant I was getting two beds. Not double- sized. So maybe that is on me. The other thing that is a more minor nuisance is it is not very quiet. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful place and the service is excellent. Food was outstanding.
