"The doors at the center of the main entrance were designed to pull-to-open. It was hard for me to open & hold the door with one hand, and push in my two luggage with the other hand. I was disappointed to see two staff sitting at the counter near the doors who just watched during my entire struggle. However, the hotel itself was kept very clean; the lobby area was also clean & comfortable. My room was wide, spacious, clean & comfortable. Self-serve washing machine & dryer were also provided...
