"The only downside is that room service cannot be ordered, and the bar in the lobby closes too early. I visited the lounge bar at 8 PM, but it was already closed, so I couldn't have a drink. Other than that, everything was satisfying. "

We left a bag in the room by mistake and they brought it to us at the airport on their shuttle bus which was incredibly kind and generous of them! Many thanks to all the lovely staff at 101. "

"I was really impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property. Everything was very well run including our pickup at the airport. The staff were very responsive and helpful. We had a late flight out the day we checked out. We were allowed to store our bags, use the internet and the pool facilities until we had to leave. I booked the same property on our return trip at the end of our stay. I feel like this property offers excellent value for the money. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable!"
