"Slightly out off that i didnt get the room i wanted and my booking had been misplaced because i was a day late. I was told they thought i had cancelled because i didnt show up. "The staff were very polite and helpful and the cleaning of the room was of a good standard the food was average as i thought more variety would not go amiss . The only complaint i have is that i booked my rooms in advance and putting in the notes that they should be next door to each other that service i did not received and we were given rooms away from each other. As a group booking the hotel should accommodate more by putting group bookings next door to each other if requested "

"The hotel is a good place to stay as its near the strip and close to all amenities and the beach. However, the cleaners need to be retrained to clean properly. The sink was dirty, and needed a good scrub and not just a wipe down. We had to ask for soap when it was clear to see it needed replacing. "The decore in the rooms are very unique. The downside was the bed, it had a shelf surrounding and being short it made it hard to get in and out of bed. The staff were very friendly. "Great time, from check-in, to kitchen staff, to cleaners, to entertainment, great value and lovely staff. Really enjoyed our time. Recommend the premier room pool view!! Closeness to beach is so ideal too, great for relaxation or a stroll to enjoy the sunset. Nice walk 15 min walk to Tropics Mall and shout out Vibrations cafe for a healthy vegan option outside of the great food provided at Balafon. Would definitely come again. "
