"This is an excellent hotel! We have moved to different resorts during our stay in Bali, I would book here again in a Jiffy! We needed late check outs that were very affordable, our flights were also cancelled and delayed. The staff helped us re-book an extra night, made it really easy and were very helpful. "This was by far the best hotel we have experienced in terms of service! The staff is so incredibly kind. The facilities are perfectly maintained and you are taken care of if you need anything at all. The hotel has multiple restaurants around it that are all delicious, the room was spacious and beautiful, and we loved the spa so much that we went multiple times for treatments. Definitely book, you will not regret it!"
