Some other places, it's returned within an hour of leaving. 4 hours after checkout and it's still listed as "Pending" in my account. "From the moment you pull up in the car at this hotel you realize it will have some challenges. All the spots are taken in front of the hotel at the 1/2 hour parking area nearest the check in and were for our entire three night stay. Instead you need to park in the garage below the building and try and figure out the maze into the hotel with no signage and poor lighting. (Don't even try to use the Wilson parking App, it doesn't work) The rooms face the Lake and Capital, which is excellent, but...

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at Alivio, travelled to Canberra to attend a wedding. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was everything we needed. We were able to have dinner at the onsite restaurant so we didn’t have to go out and didn’t have to cater for our own meals. Meals were quite nice. Had breakfast there as well which was also nice but probably a bit too expensive to do it each day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again."

"Near new property- clean & generous sized rooms- appeared to have everything you could need to self cater a short stay with shops & groceries directly across the road ( our view was the Woolworths sign). We did not use the cooking facilities as had an overnight stay only. Air con & lifts were a little noisy. Had thought that restaurant strip/shops across the road may prove noisy but it didn't . Secure building & friendly staff."
