"Staff were very friendly and helpful! The check in process was seamless and the host provided a lot of tips and information on the area. Room was small (which is normal for the old quarter area) but very adequate. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet. They even gave us some coffee to take home as thank you gift even though we only stayed for one night! "

"We spent 2 nights here and the location and service was amazing. The staff surprised my hubby with a birthday dessert and they also sang for him. They were nice to let us use their shower room before heading back to the airport even after we have checked out during the day. Rooms are nice."

The location is centralized to all the sites, restaurants and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Overall a great hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in Hanoi."
