"We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is perfect for tourists. The elevator system is effecient after you learn how to use it (there are kiosks near them to select the floor you want). The lobby is under construction, but we had read that before coming and were not caught by surprise. Baggage hold company was quick and efficient if you need them to watch you bags before or after check out ($6 per bag). Doorman was great at giving us tip of how to best execute our plans and getting us a cab when needed. The room cleaning was also great. Best we could remeber since Covid for sure. We were given a credit for each night for their lounge area which is a baby starbucks during the day and bar by night. But this was great to get drinks and snacks in the morning before heading out for site seeing. We will definitely stay here again."

"The waiting area was very cozy and inviting. It was nice to relax with a drink and good music while waiting to check in. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful."

"What a fantastic place to stay in midtown. The rooms were clean and functional, perfect for a city break. If you want more frequent cleaning or fresh towels, you just have to tap on a button on the iPad that controls everything in the room, including the TV, blinds and lights. The hotel is located perfectly just north of Times Square. A short walk to all the theatres and just as convenient to get to Columbus Circle and Central Park. This was my first time at a CitizenM hotel and I will be definitely be staying again."
