The staff was so helpful when it came to complications with our trip and worked to take care of everything with us after our flight home was cancelled and we needed to stay another night. "Rooms are nice and large for New York, convenient location, great service and a really nice bar/ dining area. Parking is expensive, I recommend self parking vs the valet as the lot is right next to the hotel."
