"Lovely hotel in a perfect location... right on the beach and bus stop just around the back. Transport system is superb, puts the UK to shame. Didnt really spend much time in the hotel but room was clean and had everything i needed. Would definitely stay there again "

"The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city centre and is only a short walk from the main rail station. The furnishing are tastefully modern and comfortable. We found the hotel staff to be friendly and accommodating and our room to be spacious, very clean and well equipped (We especially liked the en-suite which was quite luxurious compared to some of the hotels we've stayed in). "Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff, great location. I love this hotel, I've stayed here a few times and I will always chose it if I have a choice. I do wish they had more vegan food options, that's a bit lame but otherwise, you're close to the train station, food, shops, etc. Love it :) "

"If you don’t want your room cleaned everyday you can hang a notice on the door. You get 2 vouchers each night you do this for a free drink. Hotel ideal for cyclist. Only 10min cycle ride to beach. Lots of cycle parking, locked area for e-bikes with charging points and lots of bikes for hire. Plenty of parking Very friendly helpful staff. "

"There were 3 female staff who where very helpful. The male staff were polite but without the help of the female staff were unable to help me. At first I was told there were no ironing facilities and on asking the manager an iron and ironing board were found. There are two floors and NO LIFT. Anyone with mobility problems would not be able to stay here. The hotel is far from the town centre and you will need a taxi. The taxi service they use do not have a metre and make up the taxi fare so haggling is useful. The best thing to do is ensure the hotel staff ask the cost of the journey so the taxi driver has little room to ask for extra. The quality of food and drink is poor. Don't ask for a cocktail as corners are cut. The food has little flavour. The menu stated the nachos come with avocado and cheese. The latter appeared to be flavoured sauces and there was no real cheese. There was telephone in the room and the safe was broken. A very expensive place for poor quality."

"Sea views and a great eatery on the beach called surf and beach 10 minutes walk away recommended by the hotel staff. Quaint hotel, had everything you needed, tired but clean. My room was tiny (number 5) but ok for what I needed. Breakfast starts late at 830 but we were allowed in earlier at 745. Had to leave for work at 820. I would stay again"
