We enjoyed our stay here, a good location and area. Our room was clean and big enough for our family of 4. Bathroom was tiny but that was to be expected- it worked and very clean so no issues! Lots of restaurants in the hotel but Only downfall was the buffet being very marginal- the price reflects. There were a lot of people so the dishes were empty, we had to wait a while for them to refill so that was annoying. Quality was ok just not much options.

Location is about 7 minutes walkable distance to the major Shinjuku station. The hotel bathroom is a little bit dated, but clean. The size of the room is good and have enough space to layout the luggage; however, the biggest drew back of this hotel is the mattress and pillows. They are not comfortable. The heat is a little bit too high for me. So I can't have a rejuvalized sleep

Staff did not check the air cleaner spray. Cannot turn on the TV set. Wonder why? My schedule was too tight to figure that out.

I stay at this hotel every crime I m in Tokyo. The rooms are very small and basic but the location is perfect. Airport limousine bus takes you right to the hotel. The price is always reasonable
