Bathroom was a little dated and the shower was tiny- would’ve been better to have an over the bath shower or my preference take the bath out and have a large walk in shower! "Rating based entirely on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the fantastic spa facilities. There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp.
