The place was dirty, when we arrived they were finishing painting the walls probably because there is mold and you can’t turn off the AC. I found pubic hair in the sheets of one of the 2 rooms, the other one didn’t have any sheets at all. I had to leave and go to a hotel. DISGUSTING "

"Palms place is nothing short of perfect!! The location is incredible just 8 min drive to the beach and a short walk to anywhere in venice all while located on a dead end street and inside a super private oasis. The place has everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen is well stocked and even has a water filtration system built in. The windows create an inside/outside living dream. "Definitely a 5 star stay for me, the home itself is lovely. Very clean and spacious home. Located in quiet neighborhood with Walmart literally minutes away. I received at least 2 emails a day from the property management making sure everything was ok and I needed nothing. I'd definitely love to be a guest here again. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
