"Lovely hotel space. NO PARKING NEARBY! Arrived late afyer flight delay. Given random tiny paper map with no conclusive directions to a car park and no instructions avout it. We got lost going around and around for 30 -40 ninutes and wnded up back at the hotle to ask advice. By then it was midnight. Was advised incorrect location when i asked staff to put car parknon my google maps. Said so, foind another person whomput.correct address in. Parked car. "Short walking distance into the centre of town. Property was clean and had all that we required. Arrived late but information was provided to get our keys and access to the building. Only downside was the noise surrounding the property during the silent hours. For some reason it always seemed to be noisy each night of our stay. Overall though, we’d recommend here to anyone planning a short visit to the delightful Toulouse."

"This property is peerless for the price, central location and great accessibility to the métro and inter-city station. There is even a supermarché just next to the property. It is about a 20- min leisurely walk to Capitole. The room is clean , large and heating is more than adequate for winter. There is a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave oven. The front desk is extremely helpful and polite. English speakiers need not worry as the staff communicate well in English. "

"This is a lovely hotel a few minutes walk from the Airport bus stop at Jeanne d'Arc so easy and hassle free travel to the airport in 30 minutes. A great location means all the main sites and attractions are within walking distance but if you're not inclined the Metro is nearby, cheap and easy to navigate. We did not eat at the hotel but the rooms were clean with new towels every morning and the staff were friendly and attentive. Perfect for a long weekend. "

"Great location in Toulouse, especially if you are arriving/leaving from the train station, with good access to the city and sights as well. The hotel provides a comfortable stay, good beds and pillows, clean room on arrival. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that the daily room service was hit and miss and our room was in a noisy spot by the stairs. "This hotel was in a great location. It had great views of the canal. The hotel was a little old (like most buildings in Europe) however they had kept it well and it was clean. The best thing about this place, besides the view and location, was management. On the day of check out we needed to leave our suitcases there until 10:30 pm, since we were catching a late bus. Even though they normally closed the main desk by 9 PM they found a way to let us store our bags there. It was amazing and...
