"Place was hidden in a neighborhood off the beaten path. But the did a fantastic job at combining some homes together into a small hotel. It felt BRAND NEW. Like within the last year. Very clean. Cheap Mini bar. Restaurant and Severely over priced bar. A bottle of vodka in Brno is about 7 Euro give or take. They sold me a 70cL bottle for $86. That means they calculated how many tiny 30cl shots were in a bottle and charged me full price. That was just mean. Parking is Nightmare on Elmstreet. 7 spots in a really awkward dead end courtyard, with narrow entry. You will never turn around to get out. So back in and pray. It worked all but 1 night. As far as service, it was strangely difficult to get ahold of anyone to ask questions to. Front desk was always um manned. I could have walk out with anything I wanted to. Felt odd. Probably short staffed and hotel was fully booked. The place is nice, and comfy, with great showers!!! But food was way over priced, and the price of booze was just criminal. I mean CRIMINAL. But knowing that, I would definitely stay there again."

"A very nice very clean hotel with comfortable bed. A pretty area that felt safe and walkable. It’s not very near much unless you want to walk a good mile plus. Breakfast was quite nice. While not an upscale hotel it was a nice hotel and I would not hesitate to book this property again. "

"First, the woman who checked us in was SO friendly and helpful. Lovely person. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi fast and reliable. Samsung TV was easy to navigate. Very happy about the strict no smoking policy! Hotel is fresh and clean. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Great wine and a delicious, perfection cooked bacon cheddar burger. So good! Comfortable night sleep, quiet room. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. Many options. Parking is easy, secure and free. Convenience store, gas and grocery store a quick walk across the parking lot. We would definitely stay again! "

"This was much more than expected. The front desk was welcoming. The room was different but great, with ac. The wine was devine and the food was delicious, from the appetizer to the main course! We will definitely be back. We have to find a place like this in the states. "

"Very conflicted about this hotel and I don't think I would recommend it. The basic twin room we booked was not really like the pictures on here, but it was fine - very small. No air conditioning so during a heat wave this was very uncomfortable - there was a door to a balconette which we opened only to have an invasion of bugs in the room. The staff member seemed quite unfriendly when we arrived - when we had originally booked on Expedia it said until 10pm, only on the day of our arrival did we get an email saying it was earlier. We tried to contact the hotel through Expedia (the only option we had available) and this didn't seem to work. We arrived at 9:18pm and reception closed at 9pm - the guy said "you should have the information on an email" which I didn't, so when I asked him for further help he rolled his eyes but did help us find our room information - after this he was helpful & seemed in a better mood. The toilet roll supplied was just 3 half used rolls which I've not had at a hotel before! There was also works on the hotel & road works right outside our room which started at 7am both mornings - after a night of barely any sleep due to the heat this was quite unfortunate so we tried to get some rest after breakfast but between all the works and the noise of the cleaners it was just impossible. Maybe one of these things alone we could dismiss but unfortunately they all combined for a not so great stay, I think another time of year it could have been pleasant hence 3*"
